CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) –

Developers, contractors, and partners are celebrating the groundbreaking of a new mixed-use development in Charlottesville.

The historic Monticello Dairy Building along Grady and Preston avenues that was once home to Three Notch’d and Cho’s will soon become a mixed-use development of businesses, restaurants, and housing.

Phase one of Dairy Central officially got underway around 12 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22.
